(6 Jul 1994) Mediators from major powers presented Bosnia's warring parties on
Wednesday (6/7) with a fresh peace plan described by Russian
Foreign Minister Andrei Kozyrev as a "peaceful ultimatum" to stop
the fighting. Officials of a five-nation "contact group" first met
the Bosnian Prime Minister Haris Silajdzic and Vice-President Ejup
Ganic together with their Croat ally Kresimir Zubak at Russia's
mission in Geneva.
