Switzerland - Schällbachponor, restriction when entering the cave 

The Schällbachponor is a sinkhole in the Kaltbrunnental, Baselland. It is part of a karst system which has yet to be fully explored.
The video is of the restriction, which has a length of app. 15m at the beginning of the cave. It is quite a challenge as it is extremely tight. Especially the last 5m or so can get at your nerves. Some of my colleagues hat do take the helmet off to get through.
