Danny if i have firebooks for getting only 1 op pokemon should i get zacian ot arceus creator, considerating i wont have zamazenta for support zacian, and my idea is getting Eons for one of them, for what should i go? And im focusing in pve first . What is the best option between these two?

In short CA is better then Sword/Zacian in early game just invest every strike on its speed and you will be fine until you reach mid game

Yes true, Arceus doesn't need anything else, just overlord :P While zacian still needs held item, DNA skill and Dream Ability
