Lucifer can be useful in some levels, also do not bypass it. You can so far upgrade it I do not know it to 80 lvl as you want. (sorry as if I wrote something wrong but I use a translator)

Go to your inventory where it shows you all the characters you have and then you click on thr character, after that click the + button (the button that you use for selling character shard or transcend) and then click "designate representative"

press Character then click on the person you want then press the + at the bottom right then click Designate representative
