Swordhand of Night Jolán & Count Ymir, Mother of Fingers - Shadow of the Erdtree (DLC) - Elden Ring 

At the end of Count Ymir’s questline you have to first fight the red phantom invader NPC Swordhand of Night Jolán. After beating him, the real boss - Count Ymir, Mother of Fingers - appears.
