After our Naruto campaign in the D&D universe came to an end, he thought he would be sitting in a jail cell forever.... Life however had other plans,Tohmei Uchiha has been Reborn, unaware of where he is, nor how he got here. he is armed with his dual blades and simply knows that if he beats up enough people he might just get enough answers to get him home, first things first though he's got to find some decent food..
