I remember being to young to understand basic English so i were using random troops with random attack types and wasn't able to beat it even on easy mode. Good old days.
ARGLAXX USE WAR DRUMS 1000 TIMES BUT NOTHING HAPPENED Arglaxx: what the hell?! Why your army is not scared at all?! Even the your light troops doesn't escape, my war drums always scared all my soldiers enemies!!! HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN?!?!?! Antares: listen, I don't wanna to give you some clues because you're are my enemy or ex-allied, but don't you realize they are undead soldiers? Arglaxx: and what's the difference?! Antares: you scared HUMANS soldiers because they have fears, my army is composed only UNDEADS soldiers they have no fears, no emotions, no morale, no souls Arglaxx: oh.... Well you will never defeat my army, this is composed only fearless beast ANTARES USE THE SKILL "CAUSE FEAR" ONE TIME AND ALL ARGLAXX 'S ARMY ESCAPE WITH SCARED FACE Arglaxx: what the - HOW?! Antares: I am the Death , my friend Arglaxx: YOU KNOW WHAT?!?! FINE, TAKE THE VICTORY, GO TO HELL, I'M GOING BACK TO WORK TO THE ZOO AND NEVER FIGHT BACK ARGLAXX GOES AWAY FROM THE BATTLEGROUND Antares: well, I will send you a post card when I take control of all the realm, good-byeeee.... man, I knew my army was overpowered but not that kinda of overpowered
I think it's more fun to try and use heal army/colossus mastery to buff up your colossus to solo everyone, and to have one point in raise dead to deal with shi tzu rantula.
I've always wondered that is the addition of the ghost troops to your army after a win a bug or is it supposed to be that way, 'cause it seems kind of op?:D
Indeed, it supposed to be like that. And it's definitely OP, especially in the crusader levels where you can use it to raise an army of just 1 unit up to 41 light infantries for an unstoppable defense. You can even sell the gained units after.
@@Remcobloat I know, I had the full version when I was like 12, 12 years ago:D It was so easy to beat Crusader mode (I don't remember the modes name, but I assume it's the one ur talking about) with Lord Antartes or whatever his name was, when I would just immediatly max out the skeleton raisings stats and go do raids/attacks manually, you know not simulating them, win the battle with 40 skeleton that were almost all raised and then go sell, buy all the heavy troops, a siege machine & then repeat that cycle until I defeat all the other kings/rulers. It was way too easy with him. I always picked someone else and it was still pretty easy I remember giving myself some limitations even.
Fear spell luckily removes a lot of RNG by removing the bulk of the archers. Colossus fights are not RNG because you can bug them to reduce their attack/turn from 8 to 1.
They've used the combination of Fear and Raise Dead to relatably "erase" huge parts of enemies' armies and to resurrect/get Light Troops which after the fight is over, get reclassified as "standard" troops, not the "resurrected" ones. So they, essentially, had a nearly unlimited amount of Skeletal Warriors who, thanks to Death Imperium's immunity to any morale drops, could be spammed using Agressive Assasult. And if the battle was ending, or they didn't have enough mana to cast Raise Dead, in order to save Skeletal Warriors for the next round, they was sending Lord of Sorrow to end the battles. Still, easier said than done, especially on Hard Mode.
