I noticed all of these disciplines in the tier list are mostly Sith allegiance. Are their counter parts not viable at all? I really wanted to play a Jedi character.
Had such a hard time choosing my second class for my Vanguard. He is on white/black armor with Blue Holo Shields so Gunslinger looked really cool. But then i ended up going with Scoundrel because of the Stealth (and healing so able to do all 3 roles). And while Lethality (Ruffian?) Is pretty cool with a shotgun and Stealth. I feel i may have miss a lot. Now seeing Scoundrel (Operative), only has 1 viable spec has me kind of sad... 😢😢 But then again, soldier with Stealth has some gravitas that is hard to let go. Maybe I'll make my Bounty Hunter a Gunslinger as it will have double guns then and Blue energy shield instead of orange. So even more of a fit... Aniways great guide, I didn't know the Plasmatech/Pyro style was dotting and controlling everyone. Now I'm trying it instead of trying to burst people and I'm having much better results. I think Pyro (or power tech rather) is probably the most solid class out there with all 3 specs decent enough. My Force users will have to level through space missions for a while...
The force users are very good in pvp, esp. Sorc! But yeah PT is very strong and a cool combination with scoundrel! If only you could combine the abilities in combat!
@337 im actually a founder and played force users till about 2022 where i took a recess (of course ive taken lots of recesses over the years), now im playing tech users .... for a change
@@ivano1337 man it got me thinking, for the augments, should i get crit or power ? with Pyro ?. I usually thought crit since its more bursty, but dunno if power would be better since its dots ...
For Warzones neither are in a good place right now. Deception is good in a game without tanks or Snipers (does that even exist right now?) And Hatred does great damage, but is just too squishy
Thank you. I agree with almost everything in your list. Thank you so much; I will be sending folks here. However. I don't feel madness is the number one dps or even spec in Warzones (arenas for sure number 1) In warzones they will be targeted first and hard and will not survive an onslaught. Madness will die over and over as players seem to be targeting madness more than ever before. I would personally drop Madness down to the top of B tier. After use of phasewalk and later force barrier this class doesn't keep it's survivability. 2:30 cooldown of Force barrier is an eternity in warzones. With the new gear madness is getting deleted. *side note madness is better than balance for functionally reasons and timing.
Madness is definitely number one. Literally anyone who pvps a decent amount and isn't being biased will tell you that. They have incredible self heals, mobility, utility and damage all at the same time. It has passive 15% dr which has basically 100% up time which means that it can stand incredible punishment that would kill most other ranged, whist its being passively healed. If you actually try you can easily get top dps whilist having 0 deaths one madness in most warzones by kiting and using knockbacks correctly.
@@indianhacker9062 perhaps its just starforge server then. It is a 5 v 1 out of the gate. Players aren't even doing the objectives they just run around killing madness and balance. i have never been triple netted more than i have since 7.4 . or 2 maras staggering their predations. 1 vs 1 sure. even sometimes 1 vs 2 but nobody is letting us live long enough to do anything.
@@Eno-master please don't take any offense, but it's not the class it's you. You need to learn positioning since you are probably face tanking in "dead mans land".
@@Eno-master If 6 people are honestly focusing on you, then the other 7 players on your team should easily win the wz. But we know that's not happening. You are just rushing into a pack and face tanking all of them and dying, like you should because no one should be surviving a 5v1 for more than a very short time. Skill issue.

Sorry, have no secret to be honest :( I do get 20 fps in some warzones, just like everyone else. Even worse when I stream. Only thing you can do is buy a good processor.
Same, same 😂 Imo they need to nerf Cut to Pieces so that they can and buff Vengeance somewhere else. Otherwise it will remain a one trick pony and easy to outplay
I've tried the counter to Madness, which is Balance Sage, I find my DPS output is low on pressure and Lightning/Telekenetics push out far more burst and tend to live longer. Unless you have a Sage Balance PVP guide/build/rotation for that. All I could find was your madness one.
@@crystayaela1078 I play concealment and don't understand why it's in D. It performs very well objectively and though I'm not top DPS, I have like an 80% win rate as my Conceal. Hence not understanding the D tier rating. /shrug
What balance? XD But yeah they should nerf guard, or make it scale with def stats to nerf skank tanks. Buff heals to compensate. Remove phasewalk from sorcs and snipers etc
lol, rage, carnage and IO in the same rank as anni, arsenal and deception for warzones? you're funny. Pretty obvious you are a concealment op main. While concealment is terrible, putting it below marskman? Really? tier lists are always good to laugh at.
I’m too catbrained to be decent at pvp (super easily distracted, swats at everything, attacks legs and makes things bleed) But It’s fun when, in huttball, the entire enemy team surrounds the ball carrier and the very first unlock you get as sniper slows the entire enemy team by 30%. AoE slow makes people really upsetti and as long as you’re in cover you get to watch the force users start to run towards you, realize they cant reach you so halfway to you they turn around and by then the hall carrier is “wtf-ing” and someone actually good at PvP finishes them. =^^= am the annoying cheerleader hiding on top of boxes and abusing LOS
