They look very different but the Vectron WGF Veteran Speeder from the cartel market or ahouse and the Vectron Bwl Wraith that you can win from the current gambling event both sound similar with their flourish. You can youtube search either. The mounts look nearly identical except for color and how your character sits. The Veteran you sit back in in and the Wraith you lean forward. If it helps I won both my Wraiths from the kingpin machines not the emperor machines and I played enough emp machines to win just about every reward/mount 3 times. If I had to guess prob 175 emp coins and not one wraith and at least 3 of all the other mounts including the Vectron Magnus. Expect to play maybe 300 times to win one on the kingpin machines though. I won both from the machines in the casino and not the fleet.
