She’s a total top-shelf package: talented, hardworking, beautiful, smart, having strong faith, humble and fun 🤩 Great job New Balance; you sponsor the right person. I’m buying your great shoes for me and family. It’s about time. 👍
She's just the best...!! Super talented, humble and drop dead gorgeous. Wishing Sydney every success in the upcoming US Trials for the World Championships later this year....Go Syd Go...:)
Tremendous athlete. Incredibly beautiful. Based on every interview I've seen she's a sweet and humble person. And she's still so young. If she can stay healthy and avoid injuries no tell how far she can go.
NB, Nike, and Adidas each got a hold of incredible talents and personalities. One brand can't have them all! To be fair I think Puma got dicked the most lol the coolest guy they have is Andre DeGrasse and that's about it.
J. Dizzle Bro, can you not? I’ve actually seen Sydney many times over the last few years. She’s very much so a girl and her brothers could tell you that too
Well, exept being crazy beautiful she is wise far beyond her years.Extremely mature up to a philosophical degree. I wish her the best in her life and the man who will be lucky enough to have her at his side hopefully he will realise how exceptional she is and how lucky he is.
Lmao she doesn't need to be a model. She already has the NB endorsement deal - she can live off that for the rest of her life. But knowing her, she'll run until she can't run anymore. And then she'll run some more. And then maybe coach. :P
Sydney is awesome. I love Track & Field. I loved it when I ran in it in Jr & Sr High School. And love it today. She has the raw material to break records and set them so high that they last for years. She has the ability to go far from this launching point too. Patience with her abilities will yield much fruit. I can't wait to see her in the 2020 Olympics in Japan!!
Gold and new world record in Toyko! Congrats Sydney! Nike and all the others except NB blew it big time! NB got her for only 1.5m? What a steal! She's so young, great role model and has such a bright future ahead of her! God bless her!
Syd is a phenomenal athlete of beyond world class ability. Tokyo 2020 was her ascendency. Her coming out party. Her Love fest. We are at an important pivot point in history. At the foundation of this point are the Golden Ones who fully accept what it means to say “We are”. How I love hearing it in voice, body, life and spirit. Throw open the doors, accept one another, listen and give. We are.
@Deborah Oyebade so you ignore the father? The father was a track star himself..where do you think she got her track skills from also both mom and dad are still married.. i doubt that Pops wasnt there at the Olympics Trials.. seems like he was Omitted from the camera
Congrats to ya Cindy n to ya mom n da family. Wins golds medals at Tokyo 2020/21 Olympic track events amazing u,r . Keep doing u. My niece jasmine runs 200 m hurdles n tops in da nation high school as a senior n going to Baylor college in da winter 2021.
@@electric8668 Syd is biracial.....clearly. Yes.....Back in slavery she would have been considered a N..... word with everyone else and sold at a high price because of colorism and featurism. Today we are beyond that though.....thank God. She is biracial, but it is up to her to identify as whatever and however she chooses and the rest of us should respect that.
@@transqueen3551”back in slavery?” Are you 12?? Do you live outside America?? I’m trying to give you the benefit of the doubt for your statement, riddled with problematic prose. Like saying she would’ve been considered a “n-word”- you could’ve just stuck with Black. It’s 2021 and there’s no excuse for your ignorance. Also, in 2021, labeling and identity for Black and biracial people is still an issue; the simple fact that this thread starts with “race bs” is indicative of that. And to @electric’s point Sydney is Black; being biracial doesn’t make her any less Black than white. However, as many biracial people will tell you, often society around us identifies biracial people as Black because, (hello) she is Black in appearance; she isn’t white-passing. Sydney also identifies as Black so what’s Your problem really? 🤨
She is one of the most beautiful looking women on the planet. Also it seems like women that are athletes seem like good women to have a relationship with. They’re down to earth, smart and have great personalities.
Yes because they are focused. To participate in College sports or professional sports requires time management so it makes sense that that can make someone value time & relationships that are positive. I tried juggling playing soccer & college studies without a (scholarship ) as a walk on. I made the but i could not sustain it and work, practice, travel etc. It was the busiest time of my life. At the same point you can say the same for people who are in academia, or creative arts like dancing , ballet or indeed anything in life ( add spiritual search) indeed anything that takes you away from a comfort zone. This is a lesson in good parenting. To get your kids in extracurricular activities and to watch how your kids keep up & progress with their interests. They might not become Olympians but they will have healthy habits which will help in later life or adulthood. The other point I am so happy about with Sydney's family is that they are a well balanced family. She clearly has both her father and mother & the extended family all involved. This great example is good for biracial kids because you can see she has no pressure to identify with her either black or white heritage because she is drawing strength from both. This is awesome and I know she will have a healthy mindset for it.
New Balance was my favorite Athletic Shoes and I wanted to connect New Balance to my Twenty-five thousand and counting youths in underserved communities across six different States around my Sports, Education, Economics and Culture programs, but we were denied opportunities from New Balance Representative.
New Balance made a huge move in signing Mclaughlin. She's has the biggest following since Felix, probably higher. Major victory for NB and their best deal in decades. Game changing.
McLaughlin is possibly an heir apparent to Felix once she has greater international success behind her. Bear in mind that by comparison Sydney is an exceptional rookie with brilliant potential next to an established and future Olympic Hall of Fame performer like Felix, the most decorated athlete in IAAF World Championship history with 13 gold medals, three silvers and two bronze. In her first Olympiad, a 17-year old McLaughlin made the 2016 Olympic Team in the 400m hurdles, and progressed to the semi finals. Conversely, Felix earned two golds (both sprint relays) and a silver (400m sprint) on that same team, which was her fourth Olympic outing.
Yes, Sydney should win that gold medal. But, do you remember Lolo Jones and the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing? She was supposed to win the 100 m hurdles and the gold medal. In the final, she was so fast to the point where she had practically won the race pulling away before tripping on the 9th (out of 10) hurdle. She finished 7th. That was heartbreaking.
Aramide awowale in Australia you are what you look. Not who your parents/grandparents may have been. The descendents of the natives are now considered/pass as white too
