The clean singing on this song gets me every time. It kind of reminds me of the best part of a dark and eerie Mastodon song. I like the direction Sylosis has gone to, still fast, heavy but at moments really eerie and slower

@@Durkhead I agree, but you can clearly hear the inspiration and influence of Machine Head's music in this song. I'm sure Josh was influenced by Machine Head in his youth and celebrated the band. A masterpiece that shows the musical traits without wanting to cover the influence.

old man, been listening to hardcore and metal since the 80s and I have a new favorite song, its so killer to still be excited over music and discovering' new' stuff. im fast becoming a HUGE fan of Josh Middleton, who's combining different generations of heavy metal into one tight and slamming package with sylosis. I freakin love this. I even like the atmospheric chill and slam of the architects. and aw crap im going to have to get that signature guitar, its setup just for me hehe...

Man your solo's always serve the songs so well, while still being technical and unique, I find some bands can lean too much on the technical and its like there trying to proove themselves instead of expressing themselves, you do a great job of doing both. Good stuff 👏👏👏

Syosis necesita un vocalista no rompas más las bolas josh, desde monolith que casi todas las estructuras de las canciones son iguales, los riff melódicos estan ahi pero de manera tibia, deadwood es mas de lo mismo y eso es porque sabemos lo complicado que es tocar y cantar a la vez, un guitarra lider, eso falta y se nota mucho la "ausencia" de este en los pasajes de las canciones y ese guitarra lider sos vos, pero dejá el microfono a otro tipo sino esto es monotonía pura.
