I'm 50 currently going through divorce, been dating, house I've lived in will be sold sometime this year I have to do a lot of paperwork and work self employed and this just goes on and on and on. This music helps because it helps you to feel. I read once that depression is the opposite of (self) expression and keeping feelings suppressed. “You have to feel it to heal it; the only way out is through” How do you feel it? Look up sitting with your feelings, mind body connection, try journaling, yoga, getting outdoors in green spaces etc. I really hope this helps and you feel well soon
