One of the few pieces where I don't mind playing the slow part. I'm a bass clarinetist and long tones destroy my embouchure, but this is so beautiful that I forgive Barnes.
One of the greatest pieces for band I have EVER heard! James Barnes is simply one of the most fantastic composers in the modern era, and he knows how to wow his audience. Bravo!! :D
