Yes part is available so I was using wet bresh so after cleaning felt good no smell so using old honey comb and the replacement new comb is approx 500 rupees
@@CVUcreation I only just realised the auto correct got the best of me. I am thankful to understood the message. The Honey Comb Mesh I meant is so delicate to clean and would break easily.
I have the same product at home , was not using it from past 2 months as it was winter . Now all of sudden cooler pump is not working sir , I have raised a complaint for same using the whatsapp no you mentioned . hope they reach out to me and fix the issue, thank you

When you are under warranty then they will not charge I did service when it is under warranty but charges Even I do not know you can raise complaint and the service person will tell you the charges
