The museum presented a two-day symposium of lectures inspired by the special exhibition Edward Hopper and the American Hotel. Dr. Matthew Pratt Guterl, Chair, American Studies & Professor, Africana Studies/ American Studies/ Ethnic Studies, Brown University presented “The Modern Hotel as Dreamscape”.
