my favourite synth so far out of all the ones ive tried, massive, pigments, u-he's diva hive, sytrus. it has those super universal and versatile sounds and the interface is straightforward and simple. another one I need to try is vps avenger and then serum.
pigments is 1000x better, by far the most engines, you can literally make anything. it also comes with a granular engine, and endless wavetables.. It's juts very CPU intensive...
This sinth is simply amazing. I have version 1 and 2 too. I am producer of Chill out, Lounge Downtempo.... and for me, one of the best sinths, with permission of vengeance avenger and omnisphere jeje... My top sinths.
@@darrenhirst9900 I actually bought Dune VST on a special offer plus two sound sets and it's truly beautiful. I also bought Pigments 3 at half price and that is truly beautiful too. My last VST I want is Avenger but at $220 it's too much for me so I might wait to see if they do a Christmas special. One of the best free VSTs I have found is Firebird by Tone2 and I think you have to download an additional sound set but if you navigate to the SYN Heavy FM setting on the lower end of the keyboard you get some real cool grunty deep purple smoke on the water type sounds really brilliant free VST by Tone2 but you might have to hunt around for it as I could not find a link on their website but it's a brilliant free VST. Happy Days
You can tweak any knob you want to automate, after that 'right click' on the 'knob' that you see next to the TEMPO information...you will see the option 'create automation clip'
@@matrixatehaha in relation to other plugins on the market and music software in general, it's expensive. Bitwig which is a whole daw with lots of plugins and samples is $169. Waves constantly sells their stuff for 29 bucks and some good synths. Almost all companies have crazy sales and sell entires bundles cheaper than this which include synths. And no, I could buy this right now on my parents credit card and they wouldn't question it. It would literally cost me zero dollars and zero hours of work. Almost 200 bucks for a single plugin is objectively expensive in today's market.
Damn shame about the high computer requirements. Omnisphere 2 will run perfectly fine on my Macbook Air but not this one, not even close. Haven't tried either, just going by the listed stats.
good, the world could use more of that pristine digital goodness not only are anal-log wannabes already all over the place, the purported "warmth" sounds completely fucking overrated
Seriously, you guys dig that type of sound? Those were just pads. Honestly I didn’t like any of those pads. Pfft unless you wrote some seriously weird stuff with em then ok cool… but otherwise no! You’d have to write some far out weird shit for me to dig it.
