Sync LOCAL directory with REMOTE in SAS Viya 

There are several ways you can get files from your workstation onto SAS Viya:
1. Right click / upload individually (manual)
2. Use an SSH key (requires an admin)
3. SASjs CLI `sasjs fs sync` command
4. SASjs VS Code Extension
In this video we demonstrate both the VS Code extension approach, as well as the use of the SASjs CLI (they can be used interchangeably)
You just need:
1. A client/secret pair, to authenticate with
2. A sasjs/sasjsconfig.json file (just click the "docs" button in VS Code to generate one)
