00:58 Use the animation pane 01:00 Animation pane, used to reorder animations, is located under the animation tab. This panel is to make sure that all the animations are in the correct order. With the animation open, insert the audio file. Select hype during shows. You will see the animation pane that by default PowerPoint has added an animation to your audio. Previous click on each animation, and change the delay time based your note. You can either use the arrow or type in the seconds manually. When you are done, your audio and animations should be synchronized perfectly.
Thank you for the input. My question is, this option works on Windows machines but not on Mac machines. We can set the delay time maximum of 60 seconds, but not more than 60 seconds. If you know the method for the Mac version, kindly share it here. Thank you once again.
