It would be neat if the slave receivers automatically downloaded the patterns from the master controller so that only the master would need to be reprogrammed to implement new patterns.
Yeah! That's possible. You can do a lot more than what's in this video. A simple version would be to send the first pixel color over the radio and watch it run down all of the NeoPixel strips at the same time. That way you're letting one controller "paint" all the other pixels too. :)
