Syngonium podophyllum: aka Arrowhead Vine. 

My adventure with caring for the Arrowhead Vine (Ann, Aries, Ace, Rey & Roe). This is my 3rd plant. The first plant (Andre) died from root-rot (too much watering) and/or wrong water as, he did not like the hard water of Arizona. Posting 2nd plant adventure next: The Pink Syngonium: Pinky
