Showing some CNC machining with a lot of cutting fluid and a whole lot of beer drinking going on, and an assembly of one of the first three Synhouse pinch roller models (this one Otari MTR-10 1/4" 2-track) with the NSK bearings imported from Japan. This particular assembly 1) clear anodized CNC-machined 6061 aluminum for the core, 2) CNC-machined 303 stainless steel for the roller shaft, 3) dual NSK sealed ball bearings, 4) external circlip, 5) internal circlips, and 6) bearing preload disk springs.
The next step is the application of three types of rubber, which is actually polyurethane of a very precise hardness, followed by CNC grinding to the precise diameter and profile.

Every single process is the correct process, done correctly, with no steps skipped over. The development of this series of products was started June 2019, and mid-2023 is nearing completion.
