Hi Liu We have a new CNC machine 2mtr x 4mr and having issues as the machine wont go back to home position. The gantry was removed for shipping and we re installed. We feel need to reset the machine but have no idea on how to do this. Are you able to help us here?
after you installing the gantry back. check if it runs without strange noise. of sounds OK and looks OK, le the machine draw a maximum rectangle (full size) then you measure the diagonals, see how much difference between them.
Liu Xin, can you tell us briefly what the difference(s) are between 6MA and 6MB? I have a Blue Elephant equipped with 6MB, and I'm finding difficulty in having the tools go to the measuring sensor.
6MB support 4 axis, while 6MA support 3 axis. Actually if you have a carousel type tool magazine, and you want to use a servo motor on it for faster tool changing. Then you should buy 6MB, if you don't have carousel type magazine, then 6MA can also work for you. as for the tool sensor, the original manufacturer should initialize it at factory. Otherwise you can't set it correctly. This requries PLC support.

well, that's somehow a bit complex. I don't have chance to do it lately. I have a document from SYNTEC, but in Chinese. It says the latest solution is to build up FTP server on SYNTEC (based on DOS). And you can use ftp software (filezilla, for example) to upload files to the server.
