Sysmo is a live percussion concept that connects people through rhythm and dance.
The necessary energy for that to happen is provided by a group of at least 12 percussionists, guided by a conductor. They compose their music in real time with the only objective to bring people to dance.
Every Sysmo show is having one or many guests musicians, that come up and share the stage for half an hour with the group. Current collaborations : DJ Grazzhoppa, DJ Odilon, Tuur Florizoone, etc.
The conductor communicates with the musicians and the audience through the use of a dedicated sign language composed of more than a hundred signs. This language is what connects the group of percussionists and the audience to what's happening in the moment.
Sysmo doesn't refer to music styles, but pure rhythm, dance and happiness.
Totally unique in Belgium and Europe, Sysmo is the drumming sensation for 2014.
