It's a pretty good tire. It depends on the terrain type and how aggressive the terrain is I suppose.

8ply radial translates to 4ply tread and 2 ply each sidewall.

Actually the guys from System 3 Off-Road were here today and they confirmed that their tires are 8 Ply rated from the sidewall to the tread. No shortcuts taken! -- Kyle & the Chap Moto Team
