No, this is not the same SpectrAlert Classic that was used in Mini Test 57, as well as in this video: • System Sensor SpectrAl...
That one is a first generation, has a fixed 110 candela strobe, and has a delay before it starts going. I bought it from Trainmaster1212 way back in 2009 (despite not being able to test it until 2013).
The one in this video is a second generation (much like the remote strobe version I got back in 2011), has a multi-candela strobe (set to 15cd in this case), and the horn goes off instantaneously.
Fun facts:
When I got this alarm, it was all grimy, but fortunately, I was able to get most of it off, especially on the strobe.
The mounting bracket that originally came with the alarm was, cosmetically, in terrible condition (the front was discolored, slightly, and the area where the alarm goes has some sticky residue or whatever it's called). The mounting bracket that's shown in this video was ordered separately, and it looks a LOT better than the aforementioned original mounting bracket.
Shoutout goes to @WheelockAlarms since that's who I got the new mounting bracket from. (I know he hasn't been active here on RU-vid, at least at the time of this video's publication, but I recognize his eBay screen name -- you could probably find it in the descriptions in some of his older videos, IIRC).
