You can buy a car with no license. You can't register it(in your name), or insure it. However, it's clear someone who has no license and buys a car is going to drive it, whether they have a license or not.
My license was suspended for 4 years due to medical reasons. 2yrs into it being suspended I bought a car, registered in my name, and purchased insurance in my name. I was never denied by DMV nor any insurance company I used during that period, which was 2-3 the entire time. Now for the most part all I needed for was to pick my children up or work. But the person I was dating at the time worked from home and used my car to take me to and from work, picked my kids up or I went w/ him to pick them up, etc. he drove me in that car but since I purchased on my own it stayed in my name the entire time until I sold it.

Depends when the court case aired because for many many years you couldn’t buy a car without a drivers license. Now you can buy you’re not supposed to be driving a car without one. Most people try to obfuscate the law and drive without a license. It’s illegal to operate a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Lol being old happens to us all and can't be helped lol so having a child so late in life i admit that the father and mother should have at least spoke about it. Lol don't they know what happens when you play around

I am a title Clerk Notary Public in Pennsylvania. I own 3 vintage Cadillacs title only no registered plates. It is legal . Funny thing is I actually drive a Tesla lol which is insured as well as has registered plates.

They aren’t saying how old that mother is…he didn’t make her pregnant without her help. I’m sure she’s much younger than he is. Maybe she just has a thing for older men. So it’s really nobody’s business as long as they are both consenting adults.
