Töölönlahti Bay Right in the Center of Helsinki 

Starting with the walking/biking route Baana (a former cargo railway track) that takes us through the city center, then around the Töölönlahti Bay through several park areas, past the Finlandia House, the Opera House & the new main library Oodi, among others. Nice views, nice weather, nice people, terrible headache.
