Stunning. Captures the spirit of the city. We lived south in small village Dusslingen 1971-72, while I studied at the Uni compliments of Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst. One of the most fondly remembered years of our lives. The Neckar is as beautiful as ever, and it looks like the rows of trees on the island are still there. Of course the city has grown by leaps and bounds since we were there. Anyone visiting Germany should not miss a visit to this remarkable city.
Our group of six adults loved our visit in May 2015. Our hosts were hospitable and the city was a delightful place. The Hospiz Hotel was great with a beautiful breakfast.
