I encourage you to let your light shine and rather than talk about her, especially in an open forum, I encourage you to lift her up in prayer and stay before God in her behalf. aww, i'm happy if i can lift anyone out of the muck for a bit. depression has been a real monster in my life since i was very young. As a teen, i was first diagnosed with major clinical depression but it's downgraded to dysthymia. I guess compared to all the personality disorders that I developed it's not the worst of the group. my first s**cide attempt was when I was 13 and again at 15. thankfully I believe in reincarnation now, so even though I feel s**cidal at least once a week, I would never, as I feel like checking out early would cause a do-over..and I'd just rather get through this life as best as i can. depression is tough though. i'm not bipolar, i'm BPD (borderline personality disorder) so the mood swings come hard and fast with me. i may be one way, one day, and another the next. it could change from hour to hour. i'm incredibly irritable and i recently discovered I have misophonia as well. all those little sounds in my videos that annoy you guys, they annoy me tenfold. as well as being BPD i also have schizoaffective disorder... and that comes with a myriad of symptoms that are difficult to deal with. ugh, so i don't feel up to doing videos all the time. i have to get myself in the mood some days.

@@HungryFatchick Candy - that’s really interesting, I also have BPD & I’ve often had professionals & so called ‘friends’ downplay it (‘it’s not as bad as bipolar’ - are you f*^king joking?!) - here in the U.K. it’s so bloody hard to get help for BPD as we’re often seen as the ones who ‘can’t be helped’ due to unstable moods etc. I’m MUCH better than I was 10 years ago, I’m on anti depressants & mood stabilisers but the rapid mood swings really do take their toll don’t they? Do you suffer with insomnia too? I also believe in reincarnation & after a serious ‘attempt’ I was seconds from d*ing, that was in ‘08, still here - still fighting, & I’m so very glad you are too. Keep fighting the good fight sweetheart, you’ll get there, we both will. X

That diet coke wont make a difference. If you are diabetic, which most likely you are, those pancakes and biscuits will do you no good. They are packed with processed flour which means packed with carbs. They will spike your glucose like crazy. That is not taking into account all the sauce on the pancakes which is mostly sugar and thus more carbs. The hash browns. At that point, coke is the LEAST of your problems.

I really don’t want you health to decline Here are some tips -every week make your portion smaller Until it’s the right size. - once you make your portions smaller Start thinking of healthy foods Like fruits and veggies In about 6 months you may be ready for the next part Exercise Start off with a quick 10 minute calm and relaxing walk Then escalate to a 30 minute calm and relaxing walk And then to a 10 minute jog I hope these tips help you! Remember you don’t need to force yourself to eat for other people’s entertainment. Best of wishes.

I had a total hip replacement because of arthritis (and yes, I'm 65 lbs. over my ideal weight but I'm under the age of 60...oh well), I'm glad I did. And, fwiw, my sister had to have both of her hips replaced due to arthritis (and no, she is not overweight and she is not "old"). So, being overweight is not always the reason joints need replacing. I made my surgeon laugh when I told him the two-word cure for every class of disease known to man is "lose weight." I hope your hip pain isn't too bad, I know what it's like, I had a couple steroid shots before the total hip replacement, and they bought me time - about a year, before I decided it was time to get the surgery. Do all Americans eat this way? I hear you guys are big on fast food? I live in South Africa & we frequent fast food places only on rare occasions. We don't have IHOP, Wendy's, Taco bell, Popeyes, etc. They tried opening stores here but they closed down because we just not a fast food culture. We eat more fresh fruit, nuts, vegetables, fresh meat & little starch. We also not a coffee drinking nation. We have one store of Starbucks in the entire Country.

I never had steak and eggs ... someone gave me a "sample" steak from their family market. It was to have when I'm getting my appetite back after being sick. I have it in the freezer ... think this is the way I'll eat it ... it can be my Chrismas Dinner ... with a few hash browns ... it's a small steak so I think this would be perfect ... take care, Candy ...
