i have scoliosis and multiple back fractures.. the local chiro will NOT adjust me due to many surgeries so i use a TENS unit often. I even sleep in mine... I just slip it into a pocket in my pg;s and wear it all day long. along with ice packs -

Good information! Loved the end hahaha. I wanna know what's going to happen when Nancy's software becomes old. And how long does she have to have her new software before it isn't new anymore? :-) I have a tens unit I got when I injured my ankle. Mine has 4 leads and pads. They told me to alternate the pads across the injury. What's the differences between the 2 pad and the 4 pad? Any advantages or disadvantages to each?

Thanks for the great video! How long can you use it for in one area? For instance, I've read that you can use it for 30 minutes. So can I use 30 minutes on each area like shoulders, back, etc. all in one day? Can you use it in conjunction with a heating pad? Thanks.

yes I use along with heating pad, ice pack, and use it for HOURS at a time.

Hello, my one side of my diaphragm is paralysed. I want to use estim to try build up the diaphragm muscle again.i put the pads on the side of my body... Then I put the current too high and it made my heart skip the natural beat.. woops.. I won't be doing that again. Is there a safe way to use estim on the diaphragm?

My knees are bone on bone. Will it help that type of pain as well? I've also read that the TENS unit can be beneficial for depression and anxiety. Is that accurate?

You mean knee arthritis, no not specifically beneficial for that, but a mild relieving factor will help you feel a lil better. And don't try this as an anti depression aid. Thank you.

@@Naseem6666 My knee was bone on bone not from arthritis, but from the cartilage being damaged in a skiing accident, and then removed. I was bone on bone for 30-40 years, and avoiding a total knee replacement while I hoped for some kind of artificial cartilage: teflon, silicone, cadaver - found one, but the Orthopedist who invented it and got FDA approval sold it to Zimmer, and they took it off the market; so he did a total replacement. Two years later that knee failed - basically the spacer that is sort of like the cartilage failed, go figure), so the knee was revised. (My other knee is perfect, no pain, no problems, no arthritis.)

so serious question here,. why cant one put it on their lower rear muscles? The muscles that cause contraction type of movement while sexually stimulated? And for the types of untis that hve fpur pads,. Could two sexual partners put two each on their rear ends and have enjoyable intercourse?
