He is referring to Alley Boy and also Trouble (Another rapper of Duct Tape ENT) who T.I. featured on his Fuck Da City Up mixtape on the song On Purpose. Alley Boy released a song called I Want In taking shots at Jeezy & T.I. saying "Niggas claim they're fuckin' the city up. Bitch, you a liar". Trouble also disses Tip & Jeezy on "No Worries". This is what T.I. is referring to when he says he was shown no gratitude for trying to help them succeed in their careers.
