Donovan thought it was okay to talk to T.O. any kind of way and expected it not to be a problem because he was the QB. Donovan was wrong for that. Andy did the same thing. Men need to speak to each other like men. I don't blame T.O. for how he reacted to it. In the end, Reid and McNabb only hurt themselves because neither have rings and McNabb can never get one now and that's going to keep him out of the hall of fame since his numbers only make him borderline.

Ill never forget when TO came to philly. Im born and raised here in south philly the heart of philly near the stadiums. Everyone was soooo happy it was Christmas x10 we all knew we had enough to make it to the superbowl now and we did eventually thanks to TO bringing his leadership and skills to the table. We all wish we had him for many more years. We would of made it to a few more superbowls for sure!

It all comes down to this: when T.O. arrived in Philadelphia, Eagles fans were ecstatic. He became an instant fan favorite. McNabb, who had been seen (unfairly) as an underachiever by the fans, got jealous. IIRC, at one point he complained "It's supposed to be my team".

I saw T.O. at a Waffle House one late night. Just him and about two of his homeboys. He was real kool. A few months later I was in a plaza at Gamestop and a guy came in and said "Man T.O. is in the Nail Spa a couple of buildings down". If you notice TO went straight back to his Eagles experience. It's an obvious fact he can't let go. There's a saying that goes like this: "God put certain people here on Earth to teach us patience and tolerance".
