Giganotosaurus isn't 14 meters long. It's largest size estimate is 13.2 meters . Also among T Rex both Sue & Scotty are bigger than 40 ft . Sue is 12.4 meters or 41 ft & Scotty is almost 43 ft ( 13 meters).
Also T Rex being 7000 kg is vastly outdated. Both Sue & Scotty are over 10 tons & both are average T Rex. T Rex average size hasn't confirmed and it's definitely not 7 tons average like some giga fanboys say
they proved that trex didnt run fast, but it walked fast and it could really sprint and they proved that trex was much more agile than we thought cause of the ilia, the upper part of the hip was adequate for allowing rex to pivot from one direction to another damn fast, but giga'll still take this round in my opinion

@@phananhhoang8844 fairly reasonable observation. T-rex was incredibly agile for it's size and mass, I think I've read that paper. It was also rather stable at pivoting and turning. With that being said, I agree Giga would probably take the agility round because it is indeed slimmer and much less muscle-bound, that coupled with it's sauropod hunting behavior, one would definitely assume that it would've been faster.

The cringeworthy things about these predators' portrayals is the vocalisations, which they weren't capable of, and their movements. Tyrannosaurs didn't run because they've been shown to be ambush predators, with the young ones doing most of the hunting, driving prey, and planning. The latest thinking is that the young ones drove prey into the waiting adults' jaws. As ambush predators, the tyrannosaurs wouldn't have moved anything like their portrayals. The best evidence is that they were horrifically fast in terms of rising up from cover and biting, because they only had to do it once, to prey that was driven right at them.
You are partially correct but not really. Tyrannosaurus Rex may have ambushed it’s prey but not in the goofy ass looney tunes way you described it. It is more likely that they hunted like what was shown in prehistoric planet where 2 Tyrannosaurs stalked an Edmontosaurus at night. They would catch the prey by surprise and then deliver that bone crushing bite, however it is worth noting that they can run between 11 and 17 miles per hour so they are no joke when it comes to speed.

No giga specimen has come close to 8k kilograms and over 45ft long, that would put it above Trex Sue specimen in terms of weight alone. You using the JWD giga as a reference? That roided up monstrosity is just as inaccurate as the JP3 spinosaurus
I’m confused asf. You stated the giga was over 8,000 while the Rex was over 7,000 kilograms which mean you’re saying the Giga was heavier right? So round two hows the Giga more agile because you did say the Giga doesn’t have to carry all the weight like the Rex! Wtf??
Its because the giga overall skeletal build is slender and built for the speed. But the rex build is far more dense and robust, built for power. It was taller and weighed more even though new individuals of rex are being discovered that could push the scales past 9000 kilos.

Giganotosaurus , reason being it is used to taking on larger dinosaurs than a t rex and one theory why larger bite force is it was a scavenger and used the bite force to eat whole animal bones included, think hyena but not in a pack. But the Giganotosaurus was a pack animal used to working in a group think lions where a pack take on elephants and win. in this instance the Giganotosaurus does not need to have as strong a bite force because it does not need to scavenge as in a a Giganotosaurus is apex, nothing is too big and gets enough food. so a Giganotosaurus is leaner as it hunts over distance and as a pack, t rex stockier and relies on brute force in ambush and for scavenging to force other scavengers away. so in a fight a lone, maybe mated pair, takes on a pack of Giganotosaurus can only be one outcome in that situation image 2big hyenas versus pride of lions who work in a team and are longer, heavier overall possibly more agile so attack with claws keeping away from the jaws. In a pack vs 1 or 2 t rex scenario, money goes to Giganotosaurus 1 on 1 t rex wins it but most probably died from wounds later
There's a lot wrong with this comment. We have no evidence for or against Giganotosaurus hunting in packs, but we do have evidence of T.rex hunting in groups. The T.rex being only a scavenger was a stupid theory to begin with and has been completely disproven, in fact it hunted some of the strongest animals to ever live. Giganotosaurus probably didn't hunt adult Sauropods even if it hunted in groups, it probably only hunted juveniles. T.rex was smarter, more agile, had better senses, had a stronger bite, and was larger. T.rex takes this.
Okay let me correct this: 1. Giganotosaurus lived at around 99-93 million years ago 2. Tyrannosaurus is put in an estimate size at around 13.1-13.4 meters and Giganotosaurus was almost as large or smaller than the Tyrannosaurus 3. 65 million years ago is when all non avian dinosaurs finally die out and the extinction is now placed at 66 million years ago

Incorrect rexes are larger than giga rexes range from 7-10 tons 10 being the maximum weight we know while gigas vary from 6-8 on average with 9 or 10 being the absolute maximum I'd like to see a reliable source claiming that a giga is 31,000 pounds

Todo lo que pusiste esta mal y esta desactualizado: .no existe ningun giga de 14m el mas largo encontrado midio 12,4m y peso 6,7t esto asta el 2023 .existe otro especimen de giga que solo se encontro parte del paladar y no se sabe si midio 13,2m o 12 m o 11 m. .no existe ningun giga de 14t , al igual que tampoco existe un trex de 14t encontrado. El giga por lo general media igual que el trex de largo pero era 2t menos pesado. El giga de media pesaba 6t y el trex 8t. Estos datos son todos cientificos dicho por cientificos en 2023 no es mi opinion. . la fuerza de mordida del giga es de 1,5t de presion y la del trex de 4t de presion en estimacion bajas.

It’s whoever gets the first bite in. T. rex was heavier but the giga was taller so I think the giga might have a better chance to get the first bite but if the T. rex got ahold of the giga the giga is dead. Also this fight would likely not be to the death and one would simply back down like in reel life animals.
Dude JW dinosaurs are Mega cap. First T rex are the biggest Carnivore dinosaurs and Gigantosaurus jaws are built for slash meat while T rex bite are built for crush preys.
