Hi, I really love your work. I've got some shiny galvanized planters and wanted to try and create this aged lead look, do you think T wash would work or does it need to have a zinc coating then sprayed with T wash?
I am trying to find Mordant Solution in the US and having no luck. Online searches only show UK sites. Do you happen to know if there is a US equivalent or a UK supplier that ships to the US? Thank you!!
No idea I'm afraid, but I'd recommend you ask on somewhere like iforgeiron.com or join one the many blacksmithing groups on FB and ask there as no doubt there'll be lots of Americans who have used it. Good luck
