Ryze is one of them, also stuff like azir or aphelios. Ofc they could have banned something else, and it would've probably been better, but if a champ is "meta" or not has nothing to do with it in that case^^

Gumayusi is without a doubt the best adc in the game right now. He’s my favourite player after Faker. He’s so confident and his ability to pressure on this vulnerable glass-cannon role against the best of the best is unmatched.

T1 movement advantage is too insane for any team to handle tbh. the fact that 4/5 skillshots will miss on any T1 member makes it nearly impossible to play against them. T1 individual dodge ability and confidence in their movements to win any and every fight is mindblowning. I also feel like as an adc like Guma you get so much of that confidence that you can play on that knifes edge and that every play you make will work from the fact that Keria is just too smart and talented at the game. Having the undisputedly best support in the world (and honestly arguably the best player in the world of any role) helping you out 24/7 how could you expect to lose a fight.

Crazy to think that T1 staff and players got so much hate from their fans this year for 'underperforming'. When the casters say Guma was criticized for unnecessary deaths they mean he got death threats and people stalking him. I can only commend this man for his stalwart mental.

This is the reason JDG wanted to face RNG in Semis.. and I remember that certain voice comm where they're telling each other to stop inting or they will be facing T1 if they leave groupstage as 2nd seed. We really don't know what is happening in their scrims as those are confidential, this series might have given us a glimpse.

Zeus showed up well. He was only playing cautiously all throughout because he knows Kanavi loves to go top side and are often stronger in the 2v2. I think the only game Zeus performed poorly was the first game.
Nah Zeus showed up. He is like Faker in week 2 of groups where he absorbed all the pressure to let other lanes carry. He got camped hard this series, and yet he still did way more than 369 in teamfights.
Man, this really does feel like the T1 that won it all so many times. God i hope they get their 4th. But i'm not sure of anything. GenG looked pretty damn tough and if DRX makes it through it's hard to say if it'll be any easier of a path for Faker and the boys to make it happen. God this worlds, even though it's had some fucking horrid bugs, has provided some of the absolute BEST series i've seen in ages.
