Old diggie was so much better, I think her kit is good but they need to buff her damage fr. (Just a tip for those who may not know when playing diggie don''t try to go for the head, instead always aim for a body shot since her bullet spread is too big that if you aim it at the body her bullets will still hit the head)
2 shots in the closest range to kill Vincent, and four shots to kill Cristina??? Bro, Diggy is soooo weak. She's even weaker in Gloria and Victor's shotgun.. And by the way, using her Ult, she leaps once or twice sometimes.. they should fix that..
So I think the reason why she isn't buffed at the moment is due to her overall kit, she has the ability to escape situations the easiest amongst other flankers, now imagine that with a two shot potential on majority of the heroes. I think she's more of a distraction flanker than anything else. Also her self heal is one of the best, it'll be chaos if her shotgun hits better than what it is (She's still bad though)
diggy buff is REALLY REALLY needed... when she came out she was actually decent, i used to play her alot when she was new but nowadays she is just weak, it's that simple. I bet you will still be able to reach superstar even using different "off meta" heros! you're cracked!
They buffed the dive the animation is much faster. But the damage nerf is what makes it so hard. You have to get the splash damage from leaving fish mode to make your 2 shots kill most characters.
and as yestereday i said play diggy look what happens. Wil be soon making a ranked commentary on her too hopefully that gives some insight into the char even at level 10
Yeah watching the video I have the same feeling you should’ve killed some of the characters way faster. You had to 3 shot that the Kazama with less than half of his health left because you were too far away when you shot him fall off and bullet spread makes those kills require so much effort.
Yeah seems like it, more pellets landed = more damage than a couple pellets on head. Although aim high chest to get a bunch of body shot pellets and a couple head shot pellets
Nah, the spread on her shotgun is a lot greater than Gloria’s or Victor’s. Her damage fall off range is way shorter. Gloria and Victor’s shotguns are effective midrange where Diggy’s is only good as a short range weapon.
I love her idea and her overall design (I’ll play and only play her if I somehow get this gatcha skin lmao it’s SO CUTE 😭) but she’s just so weak… I want her to get buffed but hopefully they won’t buff too much, my healers ass are just being kicked hard these days 😢
@@MoreAtomyc actually this is what they do in their balance changes every single time. The majority of their balance changes are buffs and that's why we have too many strong heroes but diggy was one of the few heroes who didn't get a buff yet so she was good in the beginning of the game but is now trash cuz she just couldn't keep up with the rest of heroes.
OK coming from a diggy main she has the second/thirdish highest skill cap out of all the flankers so you can’t expect to really go crazy after barely playing with her and compare her to easy heroes like kaz and zk and if your taking that long to kill somebody it’s because your not hitting enough pellets and there would be a huge balancing issue if like 8/20 bullets or however much it is kill in a full clip That being said she needs a buff but not to her damage is the thing to prioritise the least unless you want to see unstoppable diggy mains which will then get nerfed after like a week just like what happened to jj Her damage fall of is what seems to be the bad thing which is why you think she has no damage but her kit is designed for you to get into her optimal range and actually hit the damage on her de transformation or to and kill squishier targets with 2 hits I promise you if you played diggy as much as you played shell you wouldn’t have that much of a problem
What would you buff though? I feel like there’s a fine line between high skill cap and terrible hero. In high elo with people grouped, they’re not gonna let a diggy get close enough to find value. Her entry is easily telegraphed if you fish and her exit is slow and clunky. Or her entry is smooth with the tp but good luck exiting with fish form. You pretty much gotta get right on top of them to two/three shot kill. In a game with the auto fire, that’s just asking for death. I agree though I’d rather have her off meta and not buffed than an S tier Diggy , would be broken. But she just won’t get play time from most people as she is right now. Maybe a rework of the gun, make it one shot shotgun instead of double pump and cut the bullet spread in half or something idk. Either way my opinion remains the same on current Diggy, not worth mastering her imo outside of enjoying the character, which is totally fine. And if you can master her and cook, major props
@@MoreAtomyc giving her 6.3k health and the way headshots interact with her fish form either removing headshots or not making pretty much her whole body headshottable, you should never be using your fish form to engage unless you are good at manoeuvring otherwise her tp is very good at getting into range but shouldn’t be used as an escape unless you can feel it’s right to do so and things like getting in optimal range and hitting all your shots naturally comes with more playtime but it’s fine if the majority says a hero is trash there’s nothing much I can really do but just show people in my games why they shouldn’t underestimate her
Yeah I don’t underestimate Diggy, every character has good kill potential. She’s just one of the few characters where you have to maximize her output in order to be decent, which is fine. Whereas most other heroes you can be average on and hit that same decent potential, and if you master them be the best in the game
Diggy is such a waste amazing hero , they did her bad , the idea of tp , fish form and ult is creative idea and i love , but now she is such waste unfortunately 😣💔
what is happening with the game why do we have bots in ranked, I played 3 matches all with players who behaved like bots I had to get 50 kills to be able to win....in master bruh and they don't want to play heal and tank if you don't do this...
They are some really bad players in the higher ranks. Some that play worst than bots and some that even troll and throw matches. Only as high as Diamond have I ever seen a bot match never in Master.
I am so confused about Diggy because I'm dogshit with her, my teammates too, yet somehow the enemy diggy feels like she Does two-shot me HOW Her damage and clunky 2nd ability are so bad that Diggy mains have to absolutely master her to be decent 😭
