The issue with Richter isn't the recovery only, it's his kill ability. Both characters really deserve some buffs. Ken to have better neutral and side special at least.
This set probably has completely demonstrated a severely unfair matchup for Ken. In fact, I feel very convinced that this is probably one of the worst ever matchups you can find in smash ult, let me explain. Every single one of Ken's combos on ground would have to be executed in perfect unison, if you even let a difference of 1 or 2 frames in the execution, Richter will immediately be able to Up b and cut 15% off from Ken. Ken LITERALLY can't guard the ledge because of Richter's upward slashes which Passes through the battlefield, it seems weird, but it works(6:00 for a small demonstration). Richter can mash, and still be completely fine, he literally has about 3-4 projectile options and a chain which stretches for almost or equal to 1/2 of the base battlefield area, meaning that anything Ken does would ultimately always result in him getting stunned because of the high possibility of connection. Richer's holy water almost works like a PK fire lol, you know how that works. One more thing, this: 6:19-6:32. I need say no more. Any outcome that results in Ken winning against Richter would have led me to doubt the Richter user's skill matchup entirely. Its surely not a free win, but the chances should be extremely unfair.
