First off it’s his half-brother who stayed in the UK while 21 moved to the US at age 7 so they weren’t that close since childhood and 21 couldn’t go back to visit his family in the UK cos of his visa situation. That being said he could have still sent him a check from overseas but aye sometimes we don’t appreciate what we have until it’s gone
