This is why I LOVE the way Justin Wong plays, his blocking is absolutely Top-Class, and Moon portrayed in this game that his blocking was absolutely unbelievable as well. The way he went through 2 sets of Wolverine mixups and didn't come out getting hit was unbelievable, not to mention when Wong was solo w/ Storm, his blocking...my goodness. Unbelievable set by both players, and its just crazy to see how far defense goes in this game when you really grasp it, most other players can't do this.
Compared to the more common anchors/point characters, Wesker Doesn't cut it anymore. The reason he was such a big thing is because his execution is simple and he did good damage normally and huge damage in X factor lv3. People figured him out ages ago. It's Vergils turn to dominate for awhile.
At the end of the last match, you mean? If so, he's doing a normal jump then an upwards airdash to get close to superjump height while still being able to call Cold Star for the Speed Tackle crossup on incoming. You can't call an assist during superjump unless you get hit out of your superjump etc.
It's as simple or complicated as you make it. Look at Zero, Dante, Virgil. They have a ton of safe moves and have the most ridiculous combo potential. It's all about timing execution and the use of assist. So really easy damage isn't really so easy when you also look at a lot of there weaknesses.
You can airdash near the super jump height and call an assist, or if you're talking about MODOK, you just jump then fly up, at super jump height you will be able to call assists.

I normally don't get much hype for mahvel 3, but this time I got hype for mahvel 3. That was godlike. Not even gdlk, it was godlike. You need the extra letters in there.
Man this just happened 4 hours ago, Spooky uploaded this shit real quick. Props to Moons, he took down Justin and Dieminion in top 8. Ray Ray came one cheap mixup away from beating F Champ. They were both bringing the hype. If Chris G wasnt there I think Moons would have won it.
Moons doesn't know, but he's been my unofficial nova / nova synergy mentor. Since back in the first couple big twos he used Nova, he'd throw a few little Godlike technical moves out there. But now? From FIGHT to KO he's got shi*t solid! Where you at Dragongod? your in there too brother... Ray Ray vs Moons was awsome, I main wolverine & akuma, so Justin is a fav. but damn... DAT NOVA
Personally I like watching Chris G set up his fireballs more than I like watching the same BnB from certain other characters all the time (like Lightning Loops and Sword Loops). Watching the same combo over and over is like watching the exact same movie over and over, but I'd compare watching a Chris G match to watching Ninja Warrior: sure the obstacles are the same, but it's all about seeing if the challenger can get through it and it's pretty exciting for me.
