What brilliant watercraft, you always hear anglers saying watch the wildlife for clues but to actually see it on camera and then to catch your target fish off the back off it was amazing. Brilliant bit of angling.

One of the nicest, most genuine, most deserving anglers on the big carp scene. Had the pleasure of meeting him on my first trip to Christchurch. He drove me down to the lake from the ticket office then gave me as much info as he could about spots, where the fish had been coming out, what bait was good... all just because he's passionate about the sport and gets a buzz out of helping fellow anglers. Top lad, well done!

Big carp will suck up very small cygnets ducklings ect right off the top like a dog biscuit. I’ve seen it happen . That’s why birds are wary of them, especially when they have young.
