Agreed, he is just amazing. I love following his riffs complimenting the ones Tab plays.Have seen/heard them on several occasions over the last some years, and it's always a huge treat.
My husband and I saw Tab in the Midwest probably 25 yrs. ago and again in SC 12-15 yrs. ago. By far, he is the best entertainer we have ever seen. We have a half dozen CDs. He's awesome.
I saw him in 1995 or 1996 in Birmingham. Same tele thinline with a pair of Super Reverbs and two tube screamers. I;d bet he has the amps tweaked such that the tube screamers are no longer necessary
one of the best to come along for a long time....and he does it all without any special effects...it's just him...that's what makes him so good and sound so great
Ive never sean him I'm not sure how i got him came up after listing new orleans lady by Lori ur I'm kooded love him guilty of loveing you they're alsome 💕 Debbie from NC 🎉
This is one of the best quality videos of Tab yet. Most of them have poor sound or the lighting/camera work is lousy and don't do this fine artist justice.

@@MichaelSmith-rn1qw yup, seen him a half dozen times as well as visiting his hometown of Houma LA in 2018 for Tab's 3-day Voice of the Wetlands festival. He's a terrific player, and my wife thinks he's hot too!
Me too! I am amazed this guy isn't huge atleast in the mainstream blues world. My son and I seen him 3 times in 2019 and I had a full 6 ft diameter wall around me, cause I danced my ass off. True story, by the way. 😄😄😄 jj grey too
@@tmorrow73 I just ordered tickets for his upcoming concert in Virginia!!!! Getting my Covid vaccination just to go to this. I really wasn't trusting this vaccine until I heard about this concert!! I can't wait!!!!😊
@@kathydbrumfieldb8753 he is my new buddy guy. The soul he spews his wrenching guitar licks. He can play the shit out of the drums. How bout jj grey I'm strung out on him too.
Just saw Tab Tuesday night (10/11/22) in Little Rock. He's grown his hair out and is quite the guitar god now. Bass player is very animated and fun to watch. Awesome show! Dirty Dozen Brass Band opened and did a 1 hour set that rocked the house too!
Tab is so great. Awesome unique voice, great guitar chops and that tele thinline has some monster tone! His Louisiana vocal style and song writing are really unique.
This is so good. Haven't listened to Tab for a while, don't ask me why because I've liked him for years. The quality of this recording is just superb. Thank you for posting it here and for reminding me of what an awesome musician he is.
Aus den tausenden von Blues Rock Dreiern sticht das hier echt heraus. Völlig eigenständiges Gitarrenspiel und eine echt angenehme Stimme, dazu eine stimmige Set-List und ab geht die BluesRockPost. Echt geil. Auch der fette Bassist kann was.
Y'all enjoy Tab cus he's down to earth and raw. 'Ol school three piece band. No glitz. Plus y'all get two shows in one. Always entertaining. 5th time coming up...see you at Berks Jazz Fest.
Was able to see Tab and the band twice at Cohoes music hall N.Y. both times it was an awesome show. Also had new talent opening up for him very cool. If you have the opportunity check them out!
Just started to listening to tab back in the summer found him on pandora great music was going to c in cleveland ohio but was cancelled due to covid-19 I'm hopeful he will come back to cleveland
@@heinrichkoop9189 , Yeah we saw Jumpin' Johnny Sansone play with Tab,and his own band, at Tabs Voice of the Wetlands festival in 2018. Johnny played at least three instruments as I recall.
