Had an hour long convo with him outside the bowling alley after his show as he was waiting for his tour bus to pull around in englewood. What a humble guy.
I am in LOVE with his sound. I have not heard such heart and soul since Otis Redding and blues guitar since BB King. I will definitely be looking for concerts in South Louisiana. LOVE his fabulous rendition of these oldie classics.
Tab Benoit,he is great on his, fender Stratos, and sings, straight from his Herat,i wish he will come to Norway and play in Notodden Blues festival, and se hun, play,Live

I’ve been listening to Tab Benoit since the late 1990’s and he just keeps getting better. His voice is phenomenal, and his guitar playing ain’t so bad either!

WOW.. this is my first time listening to this cat and I have to say, WOW, what a damn great performer. What a great guitar player as well as sing, that Mr Benoit is. Now I know that I will enjoy him next month when I see him and Miss Samantha Fish together. Sooo looking forward to that show!!
L9ve this song, I lost my hisband17 months ago😢😢, I played this quite a bit when he left me , very good to hear it here , THANX FOR SINGING IT TONIGHT,😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
TB plays from the heart Sings from his soul None better to listen too after a hard days work sitting out on your back patio. Love ya TB Make those Wide Range PUPs talk!!!
It's the deep, rich sound produced by those Humbuckers. Tab searched for the guitars he has and had them all outfitted the same. Classic Fender sound and I'm a Gibson Man.
well, i got one, the natural finish one, the squier classic vibe...hands down, don't laugh at a classic vibe before you have played it....it wears no cunife PUPs but alnico, nonetheless, you'll get the 72 thinline tone....i use no effects at all, sometimes a tiny reverb or tremolo effect, but mostly raw, straight to the amp.....i own 4 telecasters includin' my pretty thinline....and i love them all
@@richardfreeman3207 not just the pickups....its unique tone has to do with the fender humbacker pickups (with less output than PAFs) but also with the woody tone, with the warm attack and the strings you use....it sounds horrible with brand new strings...that's the secret
@@shanemichaels8289 i use 10's, worn ernie, i hate when i have to change to brand new, it last a month to start to sound the way i like....or even flats, but i love worn ernie ball with this guitar....through my princetone..no fx....72 thinline tele is the most underrated guitar ever
❤THIS MORNING AT ALMOST 230AM I HEARD THIS BEAUTIFUL SONG ON TICTOK IT BLEW ME AWAY ITS SO BEAUTIFUL THIS SINGER IS NOT GOOD HES FANDAMNTAS DAMN HES SOMETHING ELSE IM GONNA PLAY HIS OTHER SONGS.
O ritmo de um BLUE fantástico com o solo bastante colocado com a voz e os dobrados parabéns,desde a música tocada no início me lembrei de David Menson!
