Tuesday evening, I found a school of smallmouth on the low end of the lake that were busting chasing shad. They were suspended in about 14-20ft of water around some trees in the water. They were suspended at about 6-8ft in this area. I caught a nice smallie but that was it. Ended up landing a largemouth up near the bank not far from that area. Had no luck with points on main lake before that. I think early morning or just before dark in the evening are the best.
