My target was to make chair leg parts with a 6-degree taper. I also wanted to be able to get down to 1/2" and 5/8" straight tenon sizes. So there are likely some compromises built into this jig in an effort to accomodating everything from table legs to chair back spindles. Izzy appears to have his overall jig tilt to get the desired taper. I think that would have been more stable and accurate than my design where I have separate internal angle adjustable pieces.
