I have 10 of the most perfect grandkids. They light up my world every time I see them. I love to play in the pool with them in the summer. In the cooler months we craft and play games. My favorite time is our Halloween celebration where we craft, play carnival games, decorate cookies and eat. And our Christmas celebration with a white elephant exchange and unwrapping the Saran wrap prizes ball. All year round, I try to fit in sewing time with the girls too.
Enjoy the Table Talks. I am about to become a grandparent for the first time before the end of the year. I am busy making baby items. A quilt, burp cloths and receiving blankets are on the project table. Excited to say the least!
We have 6 grown grandkids. In February we went on a Mexican Riviera cruise on Royal Caribbean with one of our grandsons. He just left a month ago for California Highway Patrol Academy and will be gone for 6 months. We are proud of all of our Grandkids. We've done Disneyland, Universal Studios, camping at our membership place with them over the years, and lots of other activities too. The ages range from 21 to 29 years old. They all turned out to be really good adults.
We just had a beach day with my CA grands (28 and 23) and it was wonderful. The other 2 (25 and 23) live in CT and I would just like to hug them! Thanks so much and gotta go - online shopping to do cuz you keep showing such cute things!
I have 2 grands, Kiana 6 and Kaden 9. We do crafts, go to movies and eat lots of popcorn. But I think my favorite thing is to snuggle up on the couch and read a book or tucking them into bed and saying their prayers. I am blessed!
We have 8 grandchildren. I like to spend time with each one individually doing something special that they want to do. We make precious memories! 5 of them are grown and we usually do shopping and lunch dates. The 3 younger ones still like kid activities.
I have six grandchildren the youngest is five and just started kindergarten. He loves to help me in the kitchen so he gets to do the mixing and stirring and peeling of carrots and potatoes etc. He’s a great little helper
I do not yet have grandkids. My younger brother has one already. She is little, so I love to get cuddles from her too! But, I think you should totally go to peach days in Brigham city! It is a blast! The company my husband works for always participates in the parade, which means we do too! But I love it! Then we visit the car show. Recently a guild up there has had a quilt show, which is a joy visiting as well! Plus, the peaches are the best around! We love playing board games with the grandkids. Sorry and Sequence have become our favorites with them. However, the younger one loves making designs with a carton of colored wooden shapes that we have and has given me some really neat ideas for quilt blocks!!
I have 5 grandkids ages 13 to 25. When they were little I had them every vacation during school and we did many crafts and played many board games. They are all doing their own things now but the youngest still comes for stays with me🙂🌵❤️
My favorite thing to do with grandkids is whatever they want to do. They often come and say “Grandma can we make a quilt?” Or “What crafts can we do?” I’ve taught them to cross stitch, crochet and quilt. I like to do whatever they want to do. They have so many fun ideas of things to do.
We have 8 adorable grandkids! Anytime I do anything with one of them, it is my favorite!😍 We craft, bake, travel, play games, watch movies, etc. I love it all!
No grandkids, but 2 kids could make me a grandma at any point. They're not ready, so hopefully, I can hold off for a while longer. I would love to be able to be home with them as babies, and as they get older, teach them a few things my grandma taught me as a child. But still be able to send them back home for a break! Having twins near my 40's was bad enough😂
My favorite day is Wednesday when we have lunch with Charlie. He is a Senior this year and we wish to spend this special time this last year before he is off to college. Bonnie
