Excellent driving fellas. I’m loving these Tackett Creek videos. That Can Am looks unstoppable if it had a front locker. Definitely liking the multiple cameras in this video.
Thanks buddy! I got the torque locker on order, and hoping to get it installed by next video. I think the locker will take it to the next level for sure!
@@charlesrager2228 nice rig man and smooth driving. Keep the videos coming. After seeing the outro on this one I’m itching for the next video, it looks rowdy!
Hey Keith, you have the best side by side videos on You Tube. Thanks for the hard work. I have to have some cancer surgery this week but after I recover I’d really love to ride with you guys. I live in Sevierville and ride where you do most every weekend.
Awesome video guys, each one of you did amazing on the rocks, and the guy has the 35’s on the maverick my my hate to see when he gets the front locker!!!
Great video man you starting to have a few of them boys with 35’s. What’s up with Ed’s front end is it broke or is it just ratcheting that much. Great trail didn’t look to bad but still had a few challenging spots. Thanks for sharing.👍👍
It’s a crash cage made out of 095 tubing. The cross bars in front and across the top are 120 tubing. Had it made just like stock so I could keep my top, windshield, enclosures and stereo.
I had a couple reasons. The turbo s velocity 4 was a great machine too. I ended up getting a good cash offer on it, and made good profit. I also got scared since I had no warranty on it, and my brothers xp turbo had to have engine replaced. I believe both machines have the same drivetrain like engine wise. So that frightened me a lot. It was like a $7500 bill to. I just thought that non aspirated would be more dependable and I felt like turbo power wasn’t needed as much for slow rock crawling like we do. Overall happy with my choice, but the velocity suspension was the bomb!
Also another thing I forgot to add is the Only thing that had to be replaced on the velocity was a front diff. I also would like to point out that the maverick sport max has better back seat room too. I hope these reasons help.
@@charlesrager2228 yes thank you so much for the insight! I have been trying to gather some rider info on the Turbo S Velocity, was thinking about a 2 seater for myself, but have decided to go with the 2 seat Live Valve Talon R with 32s for reliability, and they perform pretty well
@@charlesrager2228 my 3 choices were the Turbo S Velocity, KRX, and Talon R. And I'm a Honda man, but you can't overlook the performance of the S, and the ride comfort of the KRX, I think the Talon gives best of both worlds with the reliability
Your welcome bud. That’s three good machines to choose from. I agree it is hard to over look the velocity for around the same price as the talon fox live. I guess it depends on how you like to ride. If you wanna go fast, get the velocity. Then if your like me where you don’t need the turbo, I would just go for the more reliable machine. Also remember that I said I did not get the warranty, and I would probably still have the velocity to this day if I did the 5 year extended warranty. I wouldn’t of been as scared about engine going out since I had warranty. I think you will be happy with both machines, but I won’t lie, that 168hp from factory did feel nice when stomping the throttle.
Is a torsion bar a sway bar? My YXZ and chuck in the can am run with front and rear sway bars disconnected. Ed in the highlifter and Jim in the xp turbo have theirs connected. Excuse my ignorance but I’ve never heard the term torsion bar so I hope I answered your question.
