This law where he argue 3 days was a Sustaintive Law,which is present in the Holly Bible and in Holly Quran, The Law which the Dr Tahir ul Qadri is asking that he did not make him is a procedural law .The procedural law is very weak where minorities were targeted , Dr Tahir ul Qadri said that he is against this procedural law and need to be reviewed . Please understand the Sustaintive law and Procedural law. Sustaintive law is from Books Procedural law is from Ruler (Parliaments)
Where the Dr Tahir Ul Qadri is telling he made the Law,this law called the Sustaintive law which are present in the teachings of Holly Bible and Holly Quran.This Sustaintive law carried the principle that no body degrade and insult any one of the Prophet like,Joseph , Jesus and Mohammad S.A.W.W ,if they do they are sentenced to death,if they are Muslim,Non Muslim.This law is Principle law and the other where Dr Tahir is said about the Zia ul haq about is consulting is procedural law.
@MrDaz4 There is a bigger difference ,In Tahafuz Namoos e Risalat there is Sustaintive law and Procedural law.The Zia ul Haq made the Procedural law of the Namoos e Risalat,the procedure relates to the police procedure,arresting and filing a First Information report against the person who are accused and present after a day in to court .This was the thought which Dr Tahir ul Qadri said that Zia ul haq did not consult about it about the procedure and never consults him

HSI has said many times that He has made Blasphemy Law. He gave arguments in court of pakistan for 3 days. He is creator of Blasphemy Law. Then why he is saying now he was not Involved? This is very strange. I could not understand. Can any one please explain? Thanks
Every thing is clear there is nt any contradiction.only the matter is to understand substantive law and procedural law and dr tahirul qadri has the cradit to establish substantative law and there is need to ammend procedural law mad by zia.very simpl
see from 4:50-5:10, he says he never had to do anything with this law, or Zia ul haq never consult him or something. But in his own video he tells who made this law: Tahaffuz-e-Namoos-e-Risalat (SAW) Law was created by Dr.Tahir-ul-Qadri [Brief video in Urdu] (you tube) a video of 5 min., where he tells that he sat 18 hours discussing this subject. Isn't this to lie?
