Glad there organizations like theirs that are not afraid to talk about political issues among the church. The church should be involved in being the change outside the church, not excluding themselves from the world leaving their influence out. God bless you all.

Excellent point that a man diving in front of a bullet to save his family is a far greater example of character than who that man voted for.

We are ALL beloved children of God. This world 🌎 would be a better place if we treated each other as so. ❤

This is such a great conversation going; you touch on many aspects of leadership topics something every organization should be inculcating to create a positive culture not for just support but accountability and transparency in leadership personal. Sometimes people overlook the fact that clergy personal are real people that have shortcomings and make mistakes. This touch with reality can heal a lot of people who are church hurt and establish trust and can also avoid further damage to the idea of church community. My opinion. ❤

It is sad that we do not have basic empathy or love. When Jesus said to love our neighbor, it doesn't mean to just be loving to the people we like.

Amen! In fact he said to love your enemy! Which could very well be your political opponent.

@markuswatson-sll Don't get me started. I've been shocked by some of the things... some of the most loving people from church have said.

America is divided on so many issues, especially on religion. We are told to be in unity with our brothers and Sisters in Christ, preaching one Gospel. America is in a spiritual Crisis right now as the church is trying to conform to Worldly veiws. But there is one Truth, it's absolute. Jesus is the only way, 🙌 Sin is Still Sin. Truth is still Truth. Jesus still saves. We are not trusting in A leader, Our eyes must be firmly fixed on Jesus. No one will make Sodom great again. We hate the sin, we do not condone Sin, we love the sinner, and we point them to Jesus.
