I used to work at Taco Bell when I was a teen. There are 5 main ingredients, so no matter what you order, you're basically eating the same thing just in a different format.

Well your comments don’t match your actions. If you really didn’t care to be alive, why bother with antibiotics? Why not let the infection take you away? Because you don’t want to die, that’s why. And to say there’s nothing you can do about your situation - bull hockey. There’s EVERYTHING you can do about your situation! Get off your chair, go to the doctor and get your health in order!! Do it this week. Get a full physical and enlist the doctor in getting you the services you need. A doctor can coordinate a caseworker for you. If you can’t tend to your hygiene properly, they may be able to offer medical tools that can reach places that are difficult to clean. THEY ARE THERE TO HELP YOU. You might need a medicated soap or lotion to help keep those infections at bay. There’s not a doctor in the world who would judge you for being as big as you are, all they want is to HELP you get better. And the more you do for yourself to improve the better you’ll feel. Aren’t you tired of being sick/feeling like crap? Don’t you want to go out and enjoy life a little? Travel? Meet people? Talking to a camera shoving in food, trapped in your house isn’t a good life. You can’t even stand enough to cook a meal? Then sit and cook. Think about that because all that fast food is laden with salts, sugars, and additives that you DON’T need. If you cooked for yourself, you could control what goes into your meals. Save eating fast food to a certain day in the month if you must have fast food. I promise you if you went a month without fast food, you won’t even like the taste of fast food anymore or how it makes you feel after you’ve eaten it. Ditch the candy and donuts, you don’t need them. If you have a sweet tooth, get sugar free if you must. Better yet, don’t have it in your house so you won’t be tempted.

The Taco Bell Where I live they give you such a small amount of meat and cheese on your tacos and burritos ! So I just make my own Tacos and Burritos ! Tacos are $2.00 a piece now! I remember when hard shell and soft taco were .39 cents and 49 cents ! The price for Fast Food is ridiculously over priced now a days!

I don't know how you do it? I lost one hundred pounds about three years ago . I was around 320 pounds. I gained about one hundred pounds in 15. I believe my spike in weight was associated from medication. Mood stabilizer, anti depressant etc. I was putting on 8 to 10 pounds a month. I was ravenous for carbs. Binged ate nutty buddies, cereal, cookies etc. the meds stopped and it took a few years to get back to my normal weight. But at The moment I'm fighting to lose about 40 pounds because my health depends on it. I'm five foot nine male, but my weight is 240. My blood pressure is way to high and at the moment I'm waiting for the results from a CT scan because of a nine millimeter nodule that was incidentally discovered last February. I've had chronic wheezing and shortness of breath since Oct. I strength train three times a week and keep my calories around 2,600 - 3,000 a day, but it's still to high, because my weight won't budge. My health needs me to drop 40 pounds. My body is talking to me through my blood pressure, routinely at the moment it's 160/ 90 to 100. I hate that I am starting blood pressure medicine, and feeling short of breath. I'm working to make changes, because I want to feel vibrant and fit. I don't know how you binge this toxic food . I mean I do, but I understand how it feels to be short of breath, hypertensive, low energy and unhappy about my body image. Muckbangs, fast food is not worth your life. I was so proud of you when you were fighting the good fight to reclaim your life. This is your life and when your heart gives out, the bill due to live past the moment it stops, will be more costly then these muckbang views. I understand unresolved trauma effects us as adults. I have it. Diagnosed with PTSD. I survived a near fatal suicide attempt in my teens. A gunshot, child abuse, neglect, abandonment issues, but I learned to fight, because it's my life. Yes, others did horrible things to me, but it's my life. Life is a gift. It's our personal gift. I hope you return to the path of personal wellness and healing. You're worth it. You have so much value. You have a good heart. Gentle kindness in your nature.

Hi Candy! I’m glad you’re feeling better but as a former RN, I’m also concerned about you. Cellulitis is very serious and shouldn’t be taken lightly. You may be Diabetic, which would explain the repeated infections. If you are, untreated Diabetes will make them more frequent, worse, and harder to resolve. Also, as many have already said, repeated use of antibiotics can cause resistance and that’s a big probIem. Has TeIedoc suggested bIoodwork? If not, you should request a thorough work up. Many Iabs do at home draws, so it’s super easy and convenient for you. Visiting Nurses might also be an option, as they could help you with your nails and other needs. I know you don’t want to ask for heIp or be dependent on anyone but you’re struggling and need and deserve proper care, not just a temporary fix. I truly hope you’ll consider some of this and start getting your heaIth in order. I know you’re going through a very difficuIt and emotionaI time, and all of this is overwheIming, but you can do it. Thousands of folks adore you and we need you to be well and stay around for a long time. Wishing you the speediest recovery and sending you lots of positivity and love always! ❤️ Also: Please keep your Ieg extended and elevated until the sweIIing and redness dissipates. I think if you cooked at home then it would be helpful. I have noticed that since Covid the prices on all food especially fast food went up and the quality of food went down. I try to cook as much as I can when I am at home. It's way more healthy and affordable. I hope you are able to find something that works for you. I have decided to start a new way of eating and living so I can hopefully lose 50 pounds by this summer. I am currently 5'7 and 235 pounds. It's really hard to find something you can stick to that is going to help you .I can say this though, that eating smaller portions of food is helpful.
