I feel like I've just discovered Taco all over again, and I'm in love, just as I was when I first saw him on a Bob Hope Special all those years ago when his first album came out ❤
Taco in ancient Aztec means “in between” and in high Deutsch is shorthand for “Remembrance and Council”. These two definitions I feel perfectly define Taco’s style and essence. He is wedged “in between” the crooner oldies and the synth pop of the future, perfectly melding them into a style still seldom seen in any era. Where as the Germanic definition showcases his nostalgic yet thoughtful attitude, paying tribute to the past and willing to experiment with newer innovation. Truly Taco is *Taco*.
Hi there, I am sorry to say that I only knew about you from "Puttin' On The Ritz. I must say that I am enjoying this and "Carmela"! You are quite talented! And,this is coming from a former entertainer myself! ❤
That synth run at the beginning! What synths are we hearing on these songs? I'm guessing you had a pretty impressive collection of studio toys back then.
😊❤Taco I love you very much because you were a mother with black hair when I was in 1982 she was very beautiful and now you are also beautiful but if you had black hair it would be better I think so because it was really more beautiful but we love you Taco from 1978 @@Taco
@@Taco I love this song very much. It is very dear to me. I listen to it day and night all the time without paying attention to your song. What can I say. You are very beautiful. You sing and you look very beautiful. You are alone. Tako is artistic. That is why I listen to your songs. Because you sing very well, even regardless of the song, you are really alone, you were excellent, and in 2009, you were excellent. We love you, Taco ❤️
This was from a time when divorce and career issues really had me down and nearly wrecked. But listing to Taco and Joe Jackson, along with a few others actually helped me to find the occasional glimpse of happiness. Thanks guys, you still help me from time to time even though my life has gotten infinitely better.
